For over 30 years I've worked in education and human services in one form or another. After 11 years in a formal classroom, teaching all subject areas in grades 2nd, 4th and 5th respectively, I am now teaching computers to grades pre-K-4th. We are excited to begin coding as part of our curriculum. An after school workshop will begin in the new year and is open to students 3rd - 8th. Thank you for providing scratched for our use, we intend to explore its full potential.

I am a Las Vegas technology teacher who is always seeking innovative programs for my students. I believe strongly in a student-centered learning environment and refer to students as 'Techsplorers' in my lab. Each month I provide essential questions to teams of 3, and they plan, research, problem solve, collaborate, and create curricular based projects using a variety of digital tools. Scratched is a wonderfully innovative digital presentation tool!
