Paste some script into a discussion post - colour codes again

Al Gifford pasted some script into his reply when he replied to my Colour Code question. I've been trying to do similar (paste in some script) in several ways myself but everytime I try the screen freezes or when I paste in my Word document (a Project Summary produced when I'm using Sense which is sort of the little sister of Scratch) I can't get it to 'clean' whatever that means so it doesn't appear.  Please give me some tips as to what might be wrong.

By the way, I tried using the right click on the scripting pane to get 'Save picture of scripts' but although I could insert that into a Word document it wouldn't insert here. That was the first thing I tried. I've also tried inserting a pdf of my Project Summary text too. Help!
