Valentine's Scratch Lesson: Hearts & Arrows

This super fun lesson will walk you and your students through building a really cool Scratch game for Valentine's Day. It includes an introduction video and 3 short, step-by-step tutorials.  The starter project comes with much of the animation already built in, which enabled me to focus the lesson on other basic game design concepts such as adding power-ups and obstacles to your game, handling the consequence of running into either one of those, and handling messages through a messages sprite.  Although basic enough to build even for beginners, this game is likely to impress even the most apathetic of students...
