ICETA 2013

 On October 24th, I presented at the International Conference on Emerging E-Learning in Technology that was held in Slovakia with a few others from my school district on the 'coding across the core' initiative.  We presented examples from the classroom with student blogs and reflections on how they are using Scratch across the curriculum including examples from English Language Arts, science and math.  Most importantly, we were able to share about how students are using design-based learning to create and innovate, all while developing critical dispositions such as persistence and confidence in solving problems.
