Very simple Color Wheel program

Since I have about 45 minutes with kids (3rd, 4th and 5th graders) at my local Boys and Girls club, I need to have 1/2 Scratch projects. Here is one of my favorites. Tip: after they create and run the program, ask the kids to change the size of the ball, add more balls, even add other sprites.
