Introduction to Scratch is available from Wikibooks, a collection of open-content e-textbooks collection. Basically formatted like a wiki, the wikibook contains a brief introduction to Scratch, a set-up guide, and a dictionary of Scratch terminology. It is still very much a work in progress. Sections like "Programming Concepts" and "Block Reference Guide" are still under construction.
