A template that can be used to get the student planning their project and thinking about requirements and design. A fun project might be to have one student fill out the form and another student code the project.  A great 'real life' experience. Software does not always execute the original concept.

 Madeline did a great job, but I am visually driven, so I  adapted the template to my needs by using a high level flow chart and then translating the individual flow chart blocks to Scratch blocks.
